Win Your Order Terms and Conditions

The Win Your Order competition is open to all customers of Pai Skincare’s owned websites (www.paiskincare.com, www.paiskincare.us, www.paiskincare.ie, www.paiskincare.fr, www.paiskincare.ca, www.paiskincare.com.au).

By entering the prize draw, the entrant agrees to the full terms & conditions.

One entry per person, per month. Pai Skincare reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these terms and conditions. Pai Skincare also reserves the right to end this competition at any time. 

Ineligible Entrants 

Employees, contractors or any professionally connected individuals associated to Pai Skincare including individuals' families will not be eligible. Entrants which Pai Skincare identify as spam, will automatically be disqualified. 

In order to enter the Prize Draw, every person to do the following in order to enter:

1. Entrant must enter the competition in the order confirmation page by submitting their information in one of the forms.
2. Entrant must be subscribed to the Pai newsletter and accept marketing communication. They can unsubscribe at any time.

If the order is cancelled or returned within the monthly prize draw period, the entrant will be removed from the prize draw.

It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide up-to-date details when entering the prize draw, and Pai Skincare will not access responsibility to incompleted or other faulty entries.

The Prize

• 1 x E-Gift Card valid on one of the Pai Skincare sites
• The value of the E-Gift Card will correspond to the total order amount paid by the entrant, post-discount, post-refund, and including any shipping cost, to a maximum value of £800 or the corresponding value in local currency.
• Separate terms and conditions are applicable to the E-Gift Card.
• Prize is not transferable, non-negotiable, and no cash or other alternative will be offered.
• The E-Gift Card will be valid for one year from the issue date.
• Pai Skincare reserved the right to pause or end the Prize Draw at any time and without any notice.
• The E-Gift Card will be emailed to the winner to the email address entered into the draw. 

If a customer has placed several orders during the monthly time frame, and they win the prize draw, they will receive a E-Gift Card corresponding to the order with the highest value.

The Winner:

• 1 x prize winner will be selected at random from all entrants on the Pai Skincare websites every month.
• The winner will be notified by email within 7 days, and they have 7 working days to respond to the email, or another winner will be drawn.
