Shopping for sensitive skin is hard; we know, we’ve been there!
We’re on a mission to empower people with sensitive skin, and every Pai product is carefully formulated with unpredictable skin in mind. We think you’ll love our range, but everyone’s skin is different and sometimes things don’t work out.
When you shop with us you’re covered by our 30-day no quibble returns policy. So, if for any reason you're not loving your new skincare, get in touch within 30 days and we’ll swap your product/s for something that suits you better or give you a full refund.
Did you know? Our skin works on a cycle of around f 28 days so we encourage you to give your new products a try or a full four weeks before deciding to return them to us.
We know shopping for sensitive skin can be costly and time-consuming, too. So we also cover the cost of returning the product/s to us. If you’re in the UK, you’ll receive a freepost returns label with your order. For international orders, all we ask is that you return the product/s to your local returns location, using the cheapest postal method available [please avoid using express or expedited shipping, premium tracking services or couriers].
We created this policy so you can shop for your skin with total confidence, and we know almost everyone will understand and respect it. If we spot someone exploiting our policy, we reserve the right to reject future orders. This policy is not valid for wholesale or business customers.
From time to time we offer promotional gifts. When returning items from an order purchased during a promotion, you will be required to return this item with the others as your order will no longer meet the threshold. If you’d prefer to keep a hold of this item, just let our customer experience team know and we’ll arrange something.
Finally, this policy is in place for customers who purchase directly from Pai Skincare. If you bought your products from one of our stockists, please contact them first to arrange your return. If you have any problems returning your product to them and still have your proof of purchase, just let us know and we’ll do what we can to help.
